They pursue their mission through a range of high-touch, one-on-one interview and career readiness programs, and a broad workshop curriculum that is designed to support each client as they move towards self-sufficiency.
Full STEAM Forward provides free, after-school Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) programming to young girls of color from underserved communities. They are committed to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive STEM workforce. At the heart of Full Steam Forward's mission is their belief that the underrepresentation of women of color in STEM begins with a lack of access to after-school science enrichment programs.

Their Women InPower program is a dynamic, cross-sector fellowship program designed to advance high-potential women to the highest levels of leadership in their fields by providing them with mentorship, coaching, leadership training, and membership in an active community of their peers.
