GRANT PURPOSE & IMPACT
Amplify Her Foundation funding will provide general operating support to Moms First, a national movement fighting for paid leave and affordable, accessible child care. Moms First educates, innovates, and advocates for the policies that moms need and deserve, with a vision of a country that truly values motherhood and supports families.
Through a powerful combination of storytelling, public mobilization, policy influence, and partnerships with business and government, Moms First has become a leading voice for care infrastructure in the United States. Its campaigns have reached millions, shaping public discourse and securing commitments from policymakers to center motherhood as an economic issue.
With Amplify Her Foundation’s support, Moms First will be able to expand and sustain its groundbreaking work, including elevating child care as a top priority in the 2025 New York City mayoral race, launching a national impact campaign tied to the forthcoming documentary No Country for Mothers, and scaling PaidLeave.AI, the first generative AI tool designed to help parents access state paid leave benefits.
This investment strengthens the organization’s capacity to lead transformative cultural and policy change. By centering the voices and experiences of moms, Moms First is building a more equitable and resilient future, one where care is recognized as the cornerstone of economic prosperity.
