MISSION
Springboard Enterprises accelerates the growth of women-led companies by providing entrepreneurs with the leadership development, strategic networks, and access to capital they need to build, scale, and lead high-impact businesses that transform industries and improve lives.
GRANT PURPOSE & IMPACT
Amplify Her Foundation funding will support Springboard Enterprises' Longevity Accelerator, a sector-focused accelerator that equips women entrepreneurs building innovative solutions in health, caregiving, housing, and financial independence with the mentorship, leadership development, strategic networks, and investor access needed to scale their companies. The program is grounded in the belief that women founders - who are often closest to the challenges of aging as caregivers, decision-makers, and consumers - are uniquely positioned to drive innovation in one of the world's fastest-growing markets.
Through a high-touch accelerator model, participants receive tailored leadership development, one-on-one mentorship, investor connections, and industry expertise designed to help them overcome the structural barriers that continue to limit women entrepreneurs' access to capital and influential networks. Building on more than 25 years of experience supporting women founders, Springboard has accelerated more than 950 companies with a combined market value exceeding $77 billion.
With Amplify Her Foundation's support, the Longevity Accelerator will expand opportunities for women founders, particularly women of color and those from historically underserved communities, to build and scale ventures that improve how people age. This investment strengthens the pipeline of women entrepreneurs developing innovative solutions for one of society's most pressing demographic and economic challenges.
