GRANT PURPOSE & IMPACT
Amplify Her Foundation funding supports Girls Who Invest’s mission to transform the investment management industry by increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership. Since its founding in 2015, GWI has built a robust pipeline of diverse young women prepared to thrive in finance, with over 3,200 alumni and 1,350+ internships secured at 130+ partner firms.
Girl Who Invest’s flagship Summer Intensive Program combines rigorous academic training led by top professors with guaranteed paid internships at leading investment firms. For independent learners, the Online Intensive Program offers self-paced coursework developed with Wharton Online, CFA Institute, and Wall Street Prep. Together, these programs prepare hundreds of undergraduates each year with the technical skills, confidence, and industry exposure to succeed in frontline investing roles.
Beyond training, Girls Who Invest invests in long-term career development through its Alumni Career Institute, which offers mentorship, professional development, and community support at every stage, from entry-level to mid-career advancement. Programs like Investor Circles and the Investor Leadership Program provide alumni with executive coaching, peer networks, and pathways to leadership.
