For generations, they have been the backbone of the city— holding power to account, advocating for change, and uplifting their communities. We see their power and impact. When women step into positions of influence and decision-making, they bring everyone along with them—creating a ripple effect of positive change. While today there are many barriers, systemic and interpersonal, that prevent women from thriving, at Amplify Her® Foundation we see a future for New York City where all women are ascendant in their leadership.

Our mission is to support women and girls from underserved communities to become transformative changemakers.
